Global Housing Technology Challenge Design Workshop January 4-5, 2018

The Design Workshop was organised by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs at HPL to deliberate on strategies and implementation modalities to finalise the architecture of the challenge. The workshop was inaugurated by the Hon’ble Minister and chaired by the Secretary, HUA, and participated by a wide cross section of the stakeholders from India and abroad. The workshop was actively participated by Bloomberg Philanthropies, World Resources Institute (WRI), MIT, Georgetown University, etc., besides a large number of organisations from India.

The two day event had a wide range of discussions and was instrumental in creating a clear roadmap for the challenge.
