Mr. Kant is presently posted as CEO, NITI Aayog (National Institution for Transforming India). He is a member of the Indian Administrative Service, IAS ( Kerala Cadre: 1980 Batch). He is the author of "Branding India-An Incredible Story" and has been a key driver of "Make in India", Startup India, "Incredible India" and "God's Own Country" campaigns which positioned and branded India and Kerala State as leading tourism destinations. Prof. Murthy, specialises in Structural Engineering with Ph.D in Earthquake Engineering from California Institute of Technology (Caltech), USA. He has immensely contributed to research on seismic nonlinear behaviour of structures; Earthquake-resistant design of buildings and bridges; and developing seismic design codes. He was awarded as a Distinguished Teacher for his contribution in academics at the various IIT's across the country. He is currently the Professor at IIT Chennai and his expertise lies in design of disaster resilient structures using different technologies.

Dr. Rao has over three decades of professional experience is real estate, housing and urban development sector as an academician, consultant, policy advocate and industry advisor. Prof Shah is Director of the National Institute of Urban Affairs. He is a professional architect and architectural historian & theorist trained at the School of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi, the University of Cincinnati and Columbia University in New York. He contributed to the Revision of the Regional Plan 2021 for the National Capital Region, and has served on the KC Sivaramakrishnan Committee (2014) for identifying a site for the new capital of Andhra Pradesh and the Madhukar Gupta Committee (2015) for amending the Delhi Development Act 1957. He is an Independent Director on the Board of Delhi Integrated Multi-Modal Transit System Ltd. and a Trustee on the Board of Clean Air Asia.

Dr. N Gopalakrishnan is currently the Director, CSIR-Central Building Research Institute Roorkee. He is a trained Civil Engineer from College of Engineering, Guindy with Masters in Structural Engineering from IIT-Madras. He did his PhD in Structural engineering from IISc Bangalore. He worked as an Engineer at Tata Consulting Engineer and worked as a Scientist at Structural Dynamics and Machine Foundation Advanced Seismic Testing and Research Laboratory and Advanced Seismic Testing and Research Laboratory of CSIR-SERC. His research interests lie in Structural Dynamics and Earthquake Engineering, Experimental methods in Structural Engineering, Machine supporting structure and soil-structure interaction, Reinforced concrete structures, Structural health monitoring, Smart materials and structures.
Dr. Paresh Shah has completed his PhD in Geo-technical Engineering from IIT, Mumbai in 2005. He has an M Tech from IIT, Mumbai and a graduate degree in Civil Engineering from L D College of Engineering, Ahmedabad. For 8 years, he worked in private consulting firm with involvement in design & construction of industrial structures. Subsequently, he forayed into teaching and now has a total of 24 years of academic experience.
Professor Meher Prasad has over 29 years of research experience in the area of structural dynamics and earthquake engineering. His Ph D work was in the area of dynamic soil-structure interaction. His recent work is related to computational modelling of the reinforced concrete buildings subjected to earthquakes. Specifically the work is concentrated in preparing seismic evaluation methodologies and in obtaining required computational tools to identify all the possible failure mechanisms of the available Indian building stock considering the prevailing construction practice. His research group is currently working on developing fragility curves for the building typology available in India. His other research areas include: Glass fibre reinforced gypsum wall panel building systems, precast concrete structures, bridge health monitoring, structural reliability and computational mechanics. He also worked on vulnerability models for buildings in the cyclone prone areas.
Dr. Agrawal has over 20 years to provide technology, research and development experience in all areas of building science and technology through continuous effort in applied research, societal based research programmes, publications and patents. He has been previously associated with organisations like CBRI, Roorkee, where he has contributed in the capacity of project leader, principal investigator and co-investigator in various in research projects.
